Short version: we use your details to schedule and deliver your visit, and for nothing else.
Information we collect
When you book a visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and — for in-home consultations — your address and any project details you choose to share. We collect nothing you don't type into a form or tell us directly.
How we use it
- To confirm, reschedule or follow up on your appointment by phone, text or email.
- To prepare your design rendering and quote.
- To keep a record of your project while it's underway and for warranty service afterward.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We share it only with the people who need it to do your job — for example, our installation crew on the day of your install.
Text messages
If you tick the box allowing texts, we'll use them for appointment reminders and project updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
Photos of your project
We only photograph finished work for our gallery with your permission, and we never include your address or name unless you ask us to.
Estimates and quotes
Design consultations and renderings are free and carry no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site measurement and countertop templating; if anything changes, we tell you before work continues.
